What We Do
Train
We provide face-to-face and virtual training in process improvement. We can create contextualized training for your organisation. These are our standard, highly-rated and impactful courses:
- Process Excellence Energiser: This one-day hands-on training introduces people to the concepts and practices of Lean that will inspire and help them to begin to make daily improvements in their work.
- Lean Green Belt: This one-week training teaches people the basic habits of process improvement so that they can define and improve processes, help others make improvements, and promote continuous improvement in their organization. This course combines theory with coached application on a real process they currently are a part of.
- Lean Leader: This two-hour training explains to leaders what Lean is, how it can help their organization, and their role in promoting continuous improvement.
Facilitate
We facilitate teams to solve problems and improve processes leading to increased performance of your people, team and organization. As we do this, we build the capacity of your people to further improve their work. We guide you to map and analyze processes , identify causes of poor performance, and create an action plan that will make work easier, better, faster, and cheaper.
Coach
We coach individuals and teams who are responsible for making an improvement, Lean/continuous improvement (CI) training, facilitating an improvement project and/or promoting CI. We build capacity and accelerate change that will result in improved performance and impact. We help organizations develop a culture of innovation and continuous improvement that enables you to serve more people in a better way.
