What We Do
Train
We provide face-to-face and virtual training in process improvement.
- Process Excellence Energiser: This one-day training introduces people to the concepts and practices of Lean that will inspire and help them to begin to make daily improvements in their work.
- Lean Green Belt: This one-week training teaches people the basic habits of process improvement so that they can define and improve processes, help others make improvements, and promote continuous improvement in their organization. This course combines theory with coached practice.
- Lean Leader: This two-hour training explains to leaders what Lean is, how it can help their organization, and their role in promoting continuous improvement.
Facilitate
We facilitate process improvement projects and problem solving in your organization that result in measured improvement to your processes and improved performance of your people, team and organization. As we do this, we build the capacity of your people to improve their work.
Coach
We coach individuals and teams who are responsible for making an improvement, Lean/continuous improvement (CI) training, facilitating an improvement project and/or promoting CI. We aim to build capacity and accelerate change that will result in improved performance and impact.
