Who I am and the value I bring
I'm Andrew Parris, based in Switzerland and trained at MIT as an engineer and problem-solver. I bring 30+ years of experience applying Lean in aerospace, private companies, international NGOs, and cross-cultural contexts around the globe.
I lived in Nairobi, Kenya for three years. I have also taught and coached Lean CI in the Middle East, Asia and South America. I collaborate with partners in Africa. I combine the rigor of a Master Black Belt with a deep understanding of how to lead real-world change across diverse sectors and cultures.
I have delivered my one-day Process Excellence Energiser training to over 1,600 people. It equips and inspires people to begin to improve how they work. On a Likert scale, participants rated “What I learned will help me do my job better” at 4.92 (5.0 = strongly agree).
I have delivered my five-day hands-on Lean Green Belt training to over 340 people. It further equips and inspires teams to make significant process improvements, to serve as CI Champions, and to lead innovative change.
I can also facilitate your teams to improve key processes and coach you as you lead a Lean CI initiative in your team or organization.
